Job Objectives: Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programs for employees that encompasses government health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace.
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
• Monitor the site activities and make sure that these are executed as per the HSE plan and procedures.
• Conduct factory and site safety orientations and trainings as required.
• Carry out onsite safety audits and inspection on a daily basis and produces inspection report to project.
Engineer, operations manager and client consultant.
• Prepare daily health and safety reports.
• Organize and maintain necessary project safety documentation to eliminate work-related accidents and.
Used it to evaluate and identify the cause of the accident.
• Standardize health and safety in order to maintain consistency.
• Evaluate and monitor health and safety hazards and develop strategies to control risks in workplace.
• Ensure that HSE policies and procedures are being followed and implemented.
• Maintain company’s interest and objectives when dealing with third parties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Direct Line Manager.
