Asia Bolts Industries L.L.C is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial fasteners having manufacturing operations in UAE and KSA, is recruiting a Cost Accountant to be based in Dubai.
Job Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities
1. Hands on costing of manufacturing company of different product mix.
2. Production reports / reconciliations / allocation of costs.
3. VAT / Sales Tax experience
4. Receivables / Payables Analysis
5. Management Reporting
6. Sales Analysis
7. Maintaining Actual Costing Report
8. Updating Theoretical/Standard Costing after each and every changes in related Data.
9. Maintaining KPI Process wise Production details.
10. Updating data in KPI regarding Machine, Workers, process Etc…
11. Internal Transfer of factory consumables and rectification of stock discrepancies.
12. Classifying and allocation of all consumables to respective processes.
13. Analysis report of consumable issuance.
14. Providing Operation cost for PO's
15. Maintaining Department wise and component wise salary report.
16. Continuously working on improving costing system to make it a reliable and authentic decision making part of the company.
17. Gathering details from daily production module.
18. Stock Movement
19. Any other job required by the HoD.
Skills and Competency
Qualification: Professional qualification in Cost Accountancy like Cima/ ICMAP/ ICWA.
experience: 3 to 8 years’ experience in manufacturing setup is mandatory.
Soft Skills: Presentation, Communication, Business Overview, MS Excel, Advance Moduling.
