Experienced of selling Building Materials e.g. Water pump, sanitary, bath ware, electrical etc. SALES EXECUTIVE required for a trading company in Dubai. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and possess experience in selling Building Materials with good client relationships, organizational skills, communication and negotiation skills, achieve sales targets. UAE Driving License is preferable.
Sales Executive Job Duties:
1. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
2. Maximize income generation for the company, and achieving sales targets.
3. Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry.
4. Generate project/business opportunities to meet company's business plans and growth strategies.
5. Drive the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
6. Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.
7. Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback.
8. Ensure that all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are updated and adhered to the corporate image.
9. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
10. Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer's relationship within the commercial construction industry.
11. Track and report current status of stock, markets, Customer news, and developments.
12. Ensure all communication with customers is in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
13. Implement Company Policies and Procedures.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
