To Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
To produce turning parts in CNC Lathe machine.
Capable to do the programming of required parts.
To translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
To measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design.
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
To identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process.
To manufacture metal components and assemble them to construct tools, industrial machinery, and machine components.
To maintain equipment
To take accurate measurements
To execute all other tasks as requested by Production Manager or by the immediate Supervisor within the assigned job role.
