You will be required to collaborate in coffee tastings and cuppings, learn and demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of coffee roasting, and manage quality control throughout the roasting process.

We are looking for a master roaster to be responsible for the development and execution of various coffee profiles, delivering ultimate quality and consistency with established profiles, and overseeing overall roasting and green coffee needs. Master Roaster also manages the maintenance and development of our process.
• Deliver consistent quality across various roast profiles.
• Develop branded coffee profiles with high quality.
• Running all roasting systems, which includes greens Thrower and Batcher.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough data collection.
• Have an understanding of roaster curves, Burner ratios, and roast styles.
• Participate in daily coffee tastings
• A knowledge of product coding and date/lot coding.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills
• Detect and diagnose roaster and other equipment issues.
• Able to accurately forecast green coffee needs for production.
• Able to change tasks quickly and work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on Holidays and occasional weekends during peak times.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
• 5 + Years roasting experience preferred.
