Candidate requirements
• Degree/diploma Engineering or Architecture.
• 2-3 Years experience on joinery and furniture estimation.
• experience in handling prestigious projects for interior fit outs.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD
• Good at office correspondence, making various reports.
Job description:
• To manage and control all QS/Estimation activities.
• Responsible for estimation and quantity take-off from drawings.
• Claiming variations during/ after completing the project.
• Verifying QS Calculations, verifying subcontractors claims and certifying payment certificates based on subcontract agreements, supervising surveys and interpreting third party surveys.
• Coordinate with the client, representatives, designers, consultants and contractors/subcontractors.
• To assist procurement in getting quotations from the subcontractors.
• Make various reports for the Management as and when required.
• To raise an alert to the concern departments, seniors if the things are not falling right.
• Coordinate with other supervisors
