• Ensure rent will be collected on time.
• Finding tenants to fill the vacancies

• Screening tenants by knowing the background of the prospective tenant.
• Setting the lease term and making sure it has all the necessary clauses to protect the owner.
• Dealing with maintenance requests and ability to handle emergency situations.
• Responsible for inspecting the unit when a tenant moves out.
• Responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs to keep the property in safe and habitual condition.
• Routine supervision on the entire property in all areas.
• Responsible for handling security deposit, terminating lease, evict tenant etc.
• Responsibility for ensuring that the other employees are doing their job as per the requirement.
