Job Description:
Manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
Review of scope of works, estimates, budgets and schedules, ensuring that they accurately reflect the jobs cost and schedule.
Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Operations Manager ensuring an even distribution of work.
Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements, expectations and needs and respond accordingly.
Coordinate with internal and external resources including department, vendors, Subcontractors- if any, client etc, as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs.
Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA.
Ensure that the building’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times.
Liaise with the Operation Manager on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
Responsible for attendance validation of the sites.
Accountable for delivering of invoices and following up for the payments.
Managing the total responsibility of service delivery in line to scope of works and contractual agreement.
Preparation of reports, maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and BICs Standards.
Salary package for Facility Manager 8,500-10,000/- AED and Assistant Facility Manager 7,000-8,500/- AED.
