• Minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management. • Handling all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems maintenance works as preventive and corrective maintenance. • Well experience in HVAC, AC, LV System and Plumbing works as (PPR and Copper pipeline). • Knowledge of material cost and purchase details as per the market value. • Identify potentially hazardous conditions issue depend on the site condition and act. • Maintain all the maintenance work as per FM Standard. • Basic Knowledge in fire alarm and firefighting.
