Position is to be based in Dubai.
Position Summary:Lab Manager with experience in Molecular Biology Lab.
Reporting: Laboratory Director
Position Summary:
Responsible for proper functioning and day to day operations of the lab.
Responsible for budgeting, coordination with regulatory and accrediting agencies, implementation of quality policy, ensuring safe environment in Lab.
Responsibilities/Duties
Ensuring proper functioning of the laboratory by maintaining proper coordination between all the processes.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
Must have experience in molecular diagnostic testing.
Complying with all relevant safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Responsible for assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs.
Training to the Lab staff.
Performing QA/QC duties.
Job Requirements:
· Supervisory /Managerial level work experience in a well equipped Lab.
· Degree/diploma in medical Laboratory technology preferred.
· Position to be based in Dubai
