Ensure all assigned staff are working according to the company defined processes, procedures and responsibilities.

Improve customer experience by ensuring a safe and clean store environment, smooth functioning of EPOS etc.
Ensure maximum customer conversions in the assigned area.
Manage the team in the assigned area and ensure they are properly allocated and utilised to get optimum results.
Responsible to ensure the assigned team is properly groomed and dressed in the store.
Responsible to evaluate and monitor the assigned team and suggest activities and trainings to improve the performance and utilization of the team.
Ensure the proper visual merchandising of the assigned section and suggest SKUs and its arrangement to the branch manager based on the analysis and customer feedbacks.
Ensure customer signages, offer displays and price displays are properly displayed and upto date all the time.
Ensure proper cleanliness and housekeeping is done in the section.
Ensure customer assistance and service in the section all the time.
Ensure proper merchandise and availability of the items in the assigned area.
Ensure that shelving is done only in defined timings.
Check and ensure shelving is done based on FIFO method.
Responsible to ensure the proper management of the stock in the assigned area, Track unmoved items and report them to the B.M for taking further actions like Promotions, Transfer, return etc.
Ensure timely shelving and filling of merchandise in the section.
Report shortage of items to the branch manager and forward this requirement to purchase officer.
Prepare and send suggested daily and other scheduled reports from the branch.
Ensure that there are no expiry items and near expiry items in the shelves.
Support in the stock auditing
Analyse Purchase, Inventory, Accounts and Sales of the assigned area’s items and take necessary corrective or preventive actions if required.
Conduct a sales, price, stock and purchase analysis by analyzing reports and daily software updates. Suggest pricing to purchase department (through B.M) for the items in the store after considering competitor pricing and supplier offers.
