Independently handling Aluminium / Curtain Wall / Facade Fabrication / Production in Factory and installation works in projects, ensuring the completion of projects on time, within budget and with quality. Managing a team of supervisors and workforce to carry out the works as per the contractual requirements in factory / project sites. Ability to review and interpret complex drawings and formulating effective methods to carry out the works at factory / site. Highly experienced in monitoring the workforce, motivate the workers and achieving good productivity of the workers.
