Previous field experience and Knowledge of pricing Industrial O and M contracts and Project Estimation.
Detailing the scope of works, drawings, specifications, bills of quantity, and conditions of contract.
Issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors, for any material and specialized services.
Analyze quotations received to ensure compliance with the specification.
Maintain records of all meetings, correspondence and documents issued during the process.
Prepare the commercial Bill submission based on the final price.
Prepare technical and commercial bid submission as per tender instructions.
Quantity takes off, prepare the bills of quantity.
Prepare vendor Price comparison sheets.
Prepare a schedule of non-compliances and recommend tender qualifications.
