Ensure correct pricing in all branches by coordinating it with category managers and branch staff.
Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
Always ensure optimum level of stock and SKUs in stores and ensure the sufficient quantity of stock in the back store also.
Ensure the effective inventory rotation by analysing stock movements and ageing.
Time to time evaluation of the employees based on their Kras and KPIs. Ensure all employees’ performances are improving time to time.
Ensure proper training of the employees
Prepare analysis reports regarding market conditions, costs, revenue and new opportunities and suggest changes to the management.
Assign targets to the purchase and inventory team, proper follow up for the achievement of the same.
