-Managing P and L for the Store - Target setting, budgeting and Planning. Responsible for planning, administration and designing of business strategies to achieve the Targets set for the Store.
- Sales forecasting, Stock planning and Budgeting - Driving Inventory Management, Cost Optimization and Productivity for the stores - Managing Stock Availability, Service level, Net Working Capital, etc.
- Planning Sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-Ã -vis new and existing products. Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned.
- Initiate new processes to improve Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction at Store Level.
- Setting up new systems for Inventory Planning and Store Promotion Activities.
- Identify new revenue stream and optimize layout/space utilization - Liasioning with other functional teams to improve market share.
- Increase in ABV, Frequency and Basket penetration across all customer target groups.
- Ensure that all Operations SOP's and compliance are adhered to by the team.
