Call Center Agent Required for Leading Company based in UAE.
Call back monitoring report needs to be completed by end of day before forwarding it to the management for review and root cause analysis.
Responsible for overall program performance and achievement of objectives.
Responsible for verifying the site program is performing key business processes that are critical to delivering the products and services that meet the expectations of end users and clients.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs.
Skills :
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Minimum High School educated.
Min. 0 to 1 years experience in a similar role.
Ability to perform in a high pressure, high volume environment.
Pro-active, structured and organized.
Customer oriented and passionate for customer delight.
