Office Staff
Assist in organizing and maintaining the office.
Conduct general office clerk duties and errands.
Provide assistance with reception duties as may be required.
Prepare, maintain and enter information into databases.
Prepare paper work, maintain documents as well as word processing.
Job Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate must have a Diploma from an accredited university.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience working as an office assistance or office staff.
Should be able to work well under limited supervision.
Must have a warm personality with strong communication skills.
Basic computer application knowledge
Must be organized and a good time manner
Applicants must be self motivated with a professional appearance.
