We are looking for an experienced General Foreman cum Foreman in UAE.
Job Details:
Arrange work sequence to open up works for all subcontractors.
Communicate site engineer / project manager if any difficulties / hurdles came which hinders the progress.
Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their work performance and further works need.
Plan and schedule the work sequence based on program schedule and execute accordingly.
Motivating them to complete projects on schedule
Collaborate with contractors and Suppliers
Responsible for control of the material and site labour resource to minimize the wastage and idling
Responsible for maintaining records and reports of resources and productivity of each elements of executed works
Salary will be discuss during interview.
