Gather and issue requirements from customer, such as KPI reporting, invoicing needs.
Fill up and amend customer profile within Concerto and amend as required.
Maintaining rates validity with customers.
Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment before transmission to Middle Office.
