Qualifications:

Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in ms office packages
experience is preferred although not essential. Candidates must have good communication skills in hindi, english.
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and a high customer service commitment.
Responsibilities:
Handle multi-line telephone system efficiently and accurately applying the company telephone etiquette and call handling.
Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
