- Be able to chop vegetables in a timely manner.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Actively coordinate with the kitchen staff in order to reduce the serving time.
- Follow sanitation guidelines.
- Assist the Cooks as and when necessary.
- Collect and remove trash from all areas of operation.
- Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organised and safe manner.
