Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software, order slips, or by memorization
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
Serve food professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests and resolving any issues
Process bills and payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and removing used dishes and utensils
