Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and completing sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.

Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and availability.

Ring up purchases and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.

Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
