Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a vital part of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and escort customers to their tables with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to presentation standards.

Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle any concerns or requests.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Attention to detail and a focus on providing a high level of service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
