Sales Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell tours, excursions, and tickets to hotel guests visiting the travel desk.

Provide detailed information about available tours, itineraries, pricing, and packages.

Assist guests in selecting the most suitable tours based on their interests and preferences.

Handle reservations, bookings, and payments efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate with our operations department, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of tours.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of local tourist attractions and activities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English and additional languages preferred.

Must present a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
