Sales Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.

Set performance targets for the sales team and monitor performance against goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
