Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

Maintain office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.

Assist with the organization of company events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.

Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for the management team.

Assist with basic Human Resources tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.

Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.

Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administration assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
