Sales Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance, meet KPIs, and maximize productivity.

Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels to expand the company\'s reach and increase market share.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and innovation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
