Retail Sales Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about features, benefits, and pricing.

Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to management.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a regular basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
