experience in developing battery modules and packs/racks by working with mechanical, thermal, electrical, FW/SW, and testing engineers.
experience with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Customer-focused with good relationship building and communication skills.
Battery product development experience
experience in project planning and tracking.
