Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Plan and schedule shipments, routes, and delivery times to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements.

Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Resolve logistics-related issues and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven work experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
