Responsibilities:

Greet and escort customers to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Present menus and suggest seasonal or signature offerings to guests.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.

Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, aligning with company standards for presentation and service.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with precision.

Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive experiences for guests.

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and interpersonal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing, menu items, and ingredients.

Neat and professional appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
