Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and targets.

Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software applications.

Understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
