We are a renowned for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Laundry Attendants. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests laundry needs are met with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Receive soiled linens, Towels, and garments from various hotel departments or external clients.

Sort items according to fabric type, color, and laundry instructions to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.

Load and operate commercial washers and dryers, selecting appropriate settings and laundry detergents based on fabric and garment specifications.

Inspect laundered items for Stains, tears, or other defects, treating Stains and performing minor repairs as needed before folding or hanging garments.

Fold, stack, and organize clean linens, Towels, and garments according to established standards and inventory levels.

Distribute clean laundry to designated areas within the hotel, ensuring prompt delivery and replenishment of guest room supplies as requested.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry room, including cleaning machines, surfaces, and equipment, and disposing of Lint and debris properly.

Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies, such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents, and submit requisitions for replenishment as needed.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals, operating machinery, and preventing accidents or injuries in the workplace.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the laundry supervisor or management team.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Previous experience in laundry operations, housekeeping, or related field advantageous but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironing machines, and folding tables, is beneficial.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and quality control skills to inspect and maintain the cleanliness and integrity of laundered items.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
