Accounting Clerk Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payments.

Perform data entry and maintain financial records in the accounting system.

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documents.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with auditing and compliance activities as needed.

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Associates degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field is preferred.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing responsibilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
