Responsibilities:
Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and company executives to and from various locations.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles, both inside and out.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including checking oil, tires, brakes, and fluid levels.
Ensure that company vehicles are fueled and ready for use at all times.
Assist with loading and unloading of passengers belongings and equipment as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and clients, including assisting with luggage and providing information about local attractions and amenities.
Plan and coordinate efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules and updates.
Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation, following company protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.
