Site Engineer Vacancy in Dubai

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and site supervision. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate and collaborate with the project team, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and identify potential risks.

Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.

Ensure all safety regulations and standards are adhered to on-site.

Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily progress reports and site diaries.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
