Human Resource Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:*

1. *Recruitment and Onboarding:* Manage the recruitment process, including posting jobs, candidate screening, interviews, and new employee onboarding.

2. *Employee Relations:* Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.

3. *Performance Management:* Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees.

4. *Policy Development:* Develop and enforce Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

5. *Training and Development:* Coordinate employee training programs, identify skill gaps, and support professional development initiatives.

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Human Resources manager or in a similar Human Resources role.

3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

7. Organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.

8. Proficiency in Human Resources software and Microsoft Office suite.
