We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills.
Accurately handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, providing change, and processing various payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments.
Scan and process items for customers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and transactions.
Stay informed about the hypermarket's product offerings to assist customers with their purchases.
Provide information on product features, pricing, and availability.
Ensure accuracy in scanning barcodes, entering product codes, and processing transactions.
Double- check prices and quantities to avoid errors.
Collaborate with other cashier colleagues and work together as a team.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Report any customer feedback, suggestions, or issues to the supervisor or management.
Education:
Bachelor in the relevant Subject/High school diploma with experience or equivalent diploma in Accountancy.
Cashier Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier in a retail environment, preferably in a hypermarket or large retail setting would be preferred.
