We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing overall efficiency. Implement and maintain inventory control systems. Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges. Implement and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS). Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Plan for storage and organization of products to maximize efficiency. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
