Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, taking appropriate action to address the situation.
Assist in evacuations and provide guidance during emergencies.
Customer Service:
Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide assistance and information when needed.
Reporting:
Document and report all incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities promptly.
Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports as required.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with other security personnel, management, and external authorities.

Risk Assessment:

First Aid:
