We are expanding our warehouse team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Warehouse Associates. Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling tasks related to inventory, packing, and shipping.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods.
Ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of orders.
Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet Jacks.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
