Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems.
Receive, review, and process documents in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and records.
Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents as needed.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Collaborate with various departments to collect and organize documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of document control policies.
Generate reports and summaries of document control activities.
Provide training to staff on document control processes.
Perform other document control-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
