Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of guest interactions and transactions.
Communication: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused with good communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
