Qs Engineer Vacancy in Dubai

We are urgently hiring for qs engineer who can join immediately;

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and client-provided documents.

Perform quantity take-offs and building measurements.

Verify and cross-check quantities between the BOQ and tender drawings.

Create query sheets to address missing items and errors.

Manage Primavera files for project planning and scheduling.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to Primavera files.

Analyze project data and generate reports using Primavera software.

Provide training and support to team members on the usage of Primavera software.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects.

Prepare inquiries according to project specifications and send them to subcontractors or suppliers for quotations.

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.

Assist in verifying quantities for material requisition from the project site.

Identify variation items and prepare variation order sheets in coordination with the Site Engineer.
