Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks.

Communication: Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally.

Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Calendar Management: Assist executives in organizing their schedules and appointments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
