Help Desk Executive Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to users, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve hardware or software problems efficiently.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all user inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions with patience and clarity.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of reported technical issues, solutions provided, and follow-up actions taken.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

IT-related certifications will be a plus.
