Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a tidy and organized office environment.
Handle administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous office experience is a plus.
