Urgently Required Qualified and Experienced Male 1)MULTI CUISINE COOK(CHEF DE PARTE) and 2)BAKER for a high-profile family in Oman.
Job requirements are:
** Should have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience and working in a formal household would be an asset.
** Prepare and develop recipes in accordance with the family and guests nutritional needs and dietary restrictions such as lactose and gluten intolerance.
** Prepare daily meals for the family (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
** Able to cook for events and formal dinner parties.
** Able to take full responsibility for the running of the kitchen and have effective communication skills.
** Be able to work alongside a team of household staff and as kitchen assistants that provide the highest level of service for the family.
** Ensure all kitchen equipment and appliances are kept clean and in proper working condition.
** Be creative, hardworking and have exceptional standards for cleanliness, health and safety.
Role carries an excellent salary, accommodation, food, annual leave with air ticket to hometown and medical insurance as per Oman Labor law.
