The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the clients . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem- solving skills, and able to work in a team and ensure the healthy environment, and dedicated to help customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional manner
Address customer complaints and nprovide solutions.
Identify opportunities to up sell products and services.
Update and maintain customer accounts.
Provide feedback to management about customer, new trends and issues
Take Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues.
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team also.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
